Terms and Conditions at Carriwell ApS

Once you have found the items you want and added them to your basket, you must provide your personal information and credit card details, etc. Once the terms of trade are accepted and the payment is completed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Agreements can only be entered through the website www.carriwell.dk. We do not process orders sent in emails, letters, or faxes.

Prices

All prices on www.carriwell.dk are in DKK and incl. 25% VAT. We reserve the right for printing errors, errors on the website, sold out goods and sizes, failed deliveries, price changes, and increased delivery costs.

Payment

Carriwell ApS accepts payment with the following: MobilePay, Dankort, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, and American Express. Please note that the amount will only be charged to your account when the item has been dispatched from Carriwell ApS.

Security for electronic payment

Your card details are encrypted with the so-called SSL solution (Secure Socket Layer). This means that unauthorized persons cannot read your card number or other information during the transaction with Nets. Carriwell ApS does not obtain information about your card number or account number, but withdraws the amount from your account based solely on a transaction number. You can find more information about the security of electronic payment at Nets. Information from purchase orders is stored for 5 years, in accordance with the bookkeeping law.

Delivery

Deliveries from Carriwell ApS are considered made when the customer has received their order. All orders on carriwell.dk are sent with GLS unless otherwise stated. The order is dispatched from our warehouse no later than 72 hours after order placement unless otherwise stated on the website. Delivery takes place after the chosen shipping method and will normally take place 1-2 business days from dispatch. Stated delivery times are indicative and can thus deviate.

Return

Carriwell ApS offers a 2-week full return policy on goods purchased on our webshop carriwell.dk. This means that Carriwell ApS must receive the returned item no later than 2 weeks after receipt. It is the customer’s duty to return the products in the same condition as when received and in original packaging. The item must be unused and packed securely before shipment. You must always include your order number with the returned item.

A complaint about a product purchased from Carriwell ApS can be submitted to the Competition and Consumer Agency’s Center for Complaint Resolution, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby. You can complain to the Center for Complaint Resolution via www.forbrug.dk The European Commission’s online complaint portal can also be used when submitting a complaint. This is especially relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country.
