We accept payment with:

Reservation of amount
When paying by card, the amount is reserved until the order has been processed and shipped.
Debit card : The amount is seen as reserved and the available amount is reduced. Only your bank can cancel the reservation.
Credit card : The amount is only deducted upon shipment.
All prices are in DKK including VAT.
All payments are handled via an SSL encrypted payment server.
Delivery
We ship all orders with GLS within 1–3 business days .
Shipping prices:
• GLS Parcel Shop: DKK 39.
• GLS Business: DKK 49.
• GLS Private: 59 kr.
• Pick-up at Carriwell: 0 kr.
Free shipping to parcel shops on purchases over 499 kr.
You will receive a Track & Trace number so you can follow your package.
Right of withdrawal & Returns
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the goods.
How to do it:

Send an email to info@carriwell.com, clearly stating that you wish to cancel the purchase.

Create your return via our returns portal (insert link).
The goods must be received by Carriwell no later than 14 days after the return has been created.
Return cost:
• Return via return portal: DKK 49 (refund deducted)

Condition of the item upon return
You can try the product on as you would in a physical store.
If the item has been used beyond this, a deduction may be made from the refund due to depreciation.
Carriwell assesses the condition of the goods upon receipt.
Right of complaint
There is a 2-year right of complaint according to the Danish Sales Act.
Complaints must be made within a reasonable time - preferably within 2 months after the defect is discovered.
If the complaint is approved, we will send a return label and Carriwell will cover the return cost.
The complaint does not cover:
• Wear and tear from normal use
• Errors caused by incorrect use

Complaints are not accepted by cash on delivery.

We only record information necessary to be able to deliver your order:

Your information is stored for up to 5 years , after which it is deleted.
We do not sell or share your information with third parties unless necessary for shipping and payment.
