Payment
We accept payment with:
• Dankort / Visa Dankort

Reservation of amount
When paying by card, the amount is reserved until the order has been processed and shipped.
Debit card: The amount appears as reserved, and the available balance is reduced. Only your bank can lift the reservation.
Credit card: The amount is only charged upon dispatch.
All prices are in DKK including VAT.
All payments are handled via an SSL-encrypted payment server.
Delivery
We ship all orders with GLS within 1–3 business days.
Shipping prices:
• GLS Parcel Shop: 39 DKK
• GLS Business: 49 DKK
• GLS Private: 59 DKK
• Pickup at Carriwell: 0 DKK
Free shipping to parcel shop for purchases over 499 DKK.
You will receive a Track & Trace number, so you can follow your package.
Right of Withdrawal & Returns
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item.
How to proceed:

Send an email to webshop@carriwell.com, clearly stating that you wish to cancel your purchase.

Create your return via our return portal (insert link).
The items must be received by Carriwell no later than 14 days after the return has been created.
Return cost:
• Return via return portal: 49 DKK (deducted from the refund)

• Which item you are returning
• Which size/color you desire
We will help you quickly.
Condition of item upon return
You may try on the item as you would in a physical store.
If the item has been used beyond this, there may be a deduction from the refund due to depreciation.
Carriwell assesses the condition of the item upon receipt.
Right to claim
A 2-year right to claim is granted in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act.
Claims must be made within a reasonable time – preferably within 2 months after the defect is discovered.
For approved claims, we will send a return label, and Carriwell will cover the return costs.
The right to claim does not cover:
• Wear and tear from normal use
• Defects caused by incorrect use

Claims are not accepted on delivery.
Personal Data Policy
We only register necessary information to deliver your order:
• Name
• Address
• Phone number
• E-mail
Your information is stored for up to 5 years, after which it is deleted.
We do not sell or disclose your information to third parties unless it is necessary for shipping and payment.
You have the right to:
• Access your data
• Have data corrected
• Have your data deleted (if not prevented by law)
